Then, I either fly back home or stay nearby in a hotel during your trip until it’s time to fly back together. This option is ideal for travelers who need help at the airport but not on the plane. I meet you at the airport, assist with check-in, security, boarding, and any transfers, and stay until you are safely with your trusted person or transport at your destination.
International & Cruise Companion

This premium service is best for international flights and cruise departures. I travel with you through every step of your journey, including customs, connections, and complex routes. I can stay nearby in a hotel or travel with you for part or all of your trip, and we can return home together when your vacation is complete.

No. Safe Journey Travel Care LLC provides non-medical travel assistance only. We do not diagnose, treat, give injections, or make medical decisions. We walk with you, help you navigate the airport or cruise port, and support your comfort and safety.
Why do I need to sign a Client Service Agreement and Liability Waiver?
The agreement explains what we do, what we don’t do, and the normal risks of travel (like delays, crowds, or lost luggage). It protects both you and Safe Journey Travel Care LLC by making sure expectations are clear before we travel together.
Am I still responsible for my own health and medical needs?
Yes. You must be cleared by your own doctor (if needed) and be fit to travel with non-medical support. You are responsible for your medications, medical equipment, and any medical decisions or treatment during the trip.
What happens if my flight or cruise is delayed or canceled?
Delays and cancellations are part of normal travel risk. We will help you communicate with the airline or cruise line and adjust plans as best we can, but Safe Journey Travel Care LLC is not responsible for decisions made by those companies or for any extra costs they may charge.
What if I have a medical emergency while traveling?
If we see a medical concern, we will call emergency services or alert airline, cruise, or airport staff and share needed information. We stay by your side as allowed, but all medical decisions and costs are between you, your family, and your medical providers.
